    Essential Oils For Menopause

Menopause is the start of the end of fertility in women. It marks the end of the monthly menstruation and brings a moment of a new beginning with declining fertile ability. It may start as early as the 30s or 40s in some women. On the other hand, it may be delayed up to the 50s for some other women.

Menopause can cause fatigue, hot flashes, chills, night sweats, sleeping disorders, mood swings, depression, weight gain, slowed metabolism, and some more. There is a homeopathic cure, called Essential Oils, for some the problems like hot flashes, depressions, mood swings, chills, fatigues, and a few more.

This discomfort during menopause is not the case for every woman around. Some women may have these discomforts and some may not feel the pain at all. Some women get relief thinking that they no longer need to bear the pain and discomfort of regular menstruations! This sense of relief can help you especially when you are in depression due to the trauma of menopause.

And essential oils are claimed to give you relief from almost all of these discomforts.

    What is Menopause?

The most important thing here to know is that menopause is not any disease. It is a natural course of life that comes at a varying point of age for every woman. On the scale of the latest medical standards, if a woman misses menstruation for 12 months, it is assumed that it is the starting point of menopause for that woman.

If you are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with menopause, it is advised to consult a doctor for a blood test to determine the hormone level of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and estradiol (E2). The symptoms may be mild for some women but they can be very serious for others.
