    Cooking makes bonds stronger. A wonderful cook is a matter of pride as well as a wo/man of respect. Your mathematics skill may be a reason of others amazement but that admiration does not give both of you a joy of the moment! Yes, only cooking and sharing that wonderful recipe can!! 



    Mac and Cheese Casserole


    What you need : 1 box of pasta elbow macaroni (cooked) 1 8.oz package of Velveeta (or any desired cheese melted) 2 cups of white sauce* 1 12 to 16.oz can of stewed tomatoes a 4 quart casserole pan a 2 quart sauce pan

    step 1 mix all ingredients in casserole pan 

    step 2 put casserole in oven on 350 for 10 to 20 ins to heat it up 

    * White Sauce 4 tbsp butter or margarine 4 tbsp flour 2 cups of milk. in sauce pan melt butter or margarine then put in flour cook flour with butter stir constantly on medium heat for 2 minutes slowly add milk stirring constantly until sauce thickens add to macaroni ingredients NOTE : MAY MELT CHEESE IN WHITE SAUCE



    Meat Lovers Surprise Pizza

    what you need : 1 pound of ham 1 pound of bacon pizza dough pizza sauce and 1 bag of mexican four cheese (shredded) pizza pan 1 bag of thin cut pepperoni 1 pound hamburger

    step 1 : on pizza pan put dough add pizza sauce then the ham then hid the ham in the cheese (that is the surprise ham under the cheese) add the pepperoni hamburger and the bacon make sure bacon is half cooked 

    step 2 : put pizza in oven at 350 till cheese is a nice golden brown color take it out of the oven let cool for about 2 mins then cut and serve I will be putting a veggie lovers pizza as well read further on to find it 



    Veggie Lovers Pizza

    what you need : pizza pan pizza dough pizza sauce shredded cheese 1 red onion 1 red pepper 1 green pepper a package of mushrooms 

    step 1 place dough on pizza pan add sauce and cheese as well as veggies

    step 2 place in oven on 350 till cheese is golden brownish color 




    Sweet and Sour Chicken Sandwich

    what you need :  chicken sweet and sour sauce pan bread and pickles (if u want pickles) 

    step 1 cover chicken in sweet and sour sauce till fully covered cook chicken on high till fully cooked place in bread serve with chips or french fries 




    Hot Red Velvet Cupcakes

    1 pack of red velvet cupcake mix 1 bottle franks red hot sauce (only use like two or three drops) and a box of hot tamales cupcake pan

    step 1 make the red velvet cupcakes into batter like normal fill cupcake pan add two or three drops of frank’s red hot sauce to each cupcake 

    step 2 follow directions on cupcake mix to make the cupcakes

    step 3 top with the hot tamales and serve



    Chocolate Banana Cream Pie

    2 bananas chocolate pudding mix pie crust pie pan 1 can whip cream

    step 1 make pudding as followed on the box 

    step 2 in pie pan (with pie crust in the pan) add chocolate pudding mix in pie crust

    step 3 put in oven at 350 for 10 to 20 minutes remove let cool top with whip cream 



    Spicy Hamburgers

    1 bottle of frank’s read hot sauce (don’t have to use the full bottle)1 pound of hamburger lettuce sliced tomatoes hamburger buns

    1) in a bowl mix hamburger with hot sauce shape into burgers 

    2) cook on grill till desired 

    3) top with lettuce and tomatoes if desired add more hot sauce 



    Hot Fudge Peanut Butter Pie


    For the pie:

    1 chocolate graham cracker crust

    1 cup peanut butter

    1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, 

    room temperature 1 tub (12 ounces) Cool Whip,

    divided 1 jar (11.75 ounces) hot fudge topping,

    divided ½ cup sugar

    For the topping:

    2 tablespoons hot fudge

    2 tablespoons peanut butter



    • In large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar until creamy. Fold in 3 cups Cool Whip. Spoon mixture into crust and smooth to edges.

    • Remove 2 tablespoons hot fudge from jar and reserve in zip-loc plastic baggie for later. Heat remaining hot fudge according to package directions. Spread on top of peanut butter layer. Refrigerate pie until serving time.

    • At serving time, carefully spread remaining Cool Whip on top of pie.

    • Knead hot fudge in baggie with hands; cut tiny hole in corner of baggie and pipe over pie. Repeat with 2 tablespoons peanut butter and pipe on pie in opposite direction.



    Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Lasagna

    This no bake dessert is so lush, creamy and delectable.  An extra special added bonus is that it’s super simple to put together.  The chocolate graham crackers serve as the lasagna “noodles” and the peanut butter and cream cheese form the “cheese” filling.  I love to bake, but, I know many people don’t have the time, or perhaps aren’t inclined to bake goods from scratch.  The only special equipment you’ll need to prepare this incredible dessert is a mixer and you’re good to go.  It’s a 5 star dessert that’s worth sharing. 

    You’ll need: 

    2  [8 oz] softened cream cheese [16 ounces total] 1 1/2 cups peanut butter 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup heavy cream 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 16 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 [14 oz] box chocolate graham crackers 1 [12 oz] bag miniature peanut butter cups 3/4 cup sea salt or salted cocktail peanuts 

    Chocolate drizzle: 1 cup milk chocolate chips 1/3 cup heavy cream 

    Topping: 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed 

    To prepare the chocolate drizzle: Melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together in the microwave until smooth.  Melt in 15 second increments stopping to stir periodically.  Set aside to cool while you make the filling. 

    [tip: It should be slightly warm to the touch before drizzling on top of the lasagna.

    To prepare the filling: In a medium mixing bowl, whip together both blocks of softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream and vanilla.
    Whip for 2-3 minutes until fully combined and smooth. 
    The mixture will be thick.
    Add 16 ounces of thawed whipped topping, 8 ounces at a time. 
    Continue to whip until fluffy and light.  The filling will be divided into thirds to layer the dessert. Remove the wrappers from the peanut butter cups and chop.  Roughly chop the peanuts.  Divide both into thirds for layering. 
    In a 9 x 13 inch dish start with one layer of graham crackers.  
    Next, add 1/3 of the filling mixture, sprinkle with 1/3 of the chopped peanut butter cups and 1/3 of the chopped peanuts. 
    Gently press the next layer of graham crackers into the filling and repeat, ending with the final third of the peanut butter filling. Frost with whipped topping, and sprinkle the top with the remaining chopped peanut butter cups and peanuts. 
    Drizzle with chocolate. 
    Chill for at least 4-6  hours before cutting.  

    Yield: 16-20 servings



    StrawBerry Shortcake Surprise

    What You Need

    1 lbs strawberries 

    half a lemon 

    cool whip

    1 to 2 packs of shortcakes


    1) make normal strawberry shortcakes

    2) add coolwhip 

    3) Squeeze Lemon (to get lemon juice) on top (Seed side up so the seeds don’t fall into shortcake)



    Spicy French Fries


    1 Chef Knife

    cutting board


    franks red hot sauce

    5 to 6 potatoes

    1) Cut Raw potatoes into french fry shape 

    2) in plate combine breadcrumbs and hot sauce

    3) coat fries in breadcrumb mixtures and deep fry at 375 degrees for 5 to 10 mins or untill golden brown

    4) serve with dipping sauce if wanted



    Texas Chili

    1 lb hamburg 

    2 stalks celery (chopped)

    1 onion (chopped)

    2 green peppers (chopped)

    1 bag of fritos 

    1 bag of chesse 


    1) Brown hamburg in skillet

    2) add onion celery peppers

    3) cook untill celery is soft

    4) put in bowl top with chesse and fritos add hot sauce



    Hawaiian Burgers

    1 lb pineapple rings 

    1 lb ham

    1 lb hamburg

    1 lb bacon (cooked)

    1) shape hamburg into burgers

    2)grill hamburgers untill cooked the way you want it

    3) top with pineapple ham and bacon 



    Bacon Chesse Burger Surprise

    1 lb bacon (lighty cooked)

    1 lb hamburg 

    1 head of lettuce 

    4 tomatoes (optional)

    1 to 2 boxes of Velvetta chesse 

    1) shape burgers but hide Velvetta and bacon inside the uncooked burgers

    2)grill burgers till chesse is melted

    3)severe with mustard ketchup and top with tomatoes (optional)



    Texas Chili Burgers

    2 lb hamburg (1 for chili 1 for burgers)

    2 stalks celery (chopped)

    1 onion (chopped)

    2 green peppers (chopped)

    1 bag of fritos 

    1 bag of chesse 


    1) Brown hamburg in skillet

    2) add onion celery peppers

    3) cook untill celery is soft

    4)shape hamburg into burgers

    5) Grill burgers till the way you want it 

    6) top burgers with chili chesse and friots



    Pineapple Pie

    1 pie crust 

    1 pie top

    1 pineapple (chopped into chunks)


    1)in a pie pan put crust pineapple filling and top

    2)bake till top is golden brown

    3)top with coolwhip and serve 


    Chocolate Pineapple Pie

    1 bag of chocolate chips

    1 pie crust 

    1 pie top

    1 pineapple (chopped into chunks)


    1)in a pie pan put crust pineapple filling

    2)melt chocolate in double boiler pan cover pineapple in chocolate add pie top

    3)bake till top is golden brown

    4)top with coolwhip and serve
