Firewall Options allows you to allow an app to receive incoming connections.

      1. Open System Preferences
      2. Click Security or Security & Privacy
      3. Click on the Firewall tab.
      4. In the preference pane click on the lock icon and then enter an administrator’s name and password.
      5. Click on the Firewall Options button
      6. Click on the Add Application (+).
      7. Choose the app that you wish to grant incoming connection privileges.
      8. Click on Add.
      9. Click OK.

If you want to remove any app clicking the Remove App (-), button will allow you to remove any app listed here. For more detailed solution check out our blog here Allow chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings mac.
